Business Development Manager - Automotive Equipment

Job Description Job Description We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to connect with customers, present our products or services, and drive revenue growth. Our focus is on Federal, State, City, and County government agencies and Transit Authorities. You’ll build relationships, identify client needs, and close deals—whether by phone, video, or in person.

This is an in-office and field position, not a virtual position, travel required local/regional market; actual salary will be based on experience. Responsibilities Lead Generation : Researching and pursuing new business opportunities, prospects, and clients.

Strategic Partnerships : Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships. Market Analysis : Identifying new market trends, monitoring competitors, and expanding company reach. Sales Support: Creating proposals, negotiating deals, and collaborating with marketing/sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with potential clients and close deals. Strategic Thinking : Analytical ability to develop business strategies. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the market and target industry.

Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with R and D, marketing, and sales teams.
