An established and fast-growing UK-based security services provider is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its head office team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to play a key role in driving business growth within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for identifying, generating and qualifying new business opportunities, while building strong relationships with prospective clients. You will support the wider sales function in converting leads into long-term partnerships and contribute directly to revenue growth.This role suits someone who is proactive, resilient and commercially driven, with a passion for sales and relationship-building.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads across both large corporate organisations and SMEs using data, LinkedIn and market researchIdentify key decision-makers and develop new sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clientsManage and update customer information accurately within the CRM systemUtilise targeted and cleansed data to drive outreach campaignsManage automated outreach tools, tailoring messaging and engagement strategiesWork closely with senior leadership on sales strategy and pipeline developmentCollaborate with internal teams to support proposals and bid submissionsLeverage LinkedIn and other platforms for networking, brand promotion and lead generationProvide regular updates on activity, pipeline and performanceAbout YouMinimum 1 year’s experience in B2B sales, telesales or business developmentProven ability to generate leads and build a sales pipelineConfident communicator with a professional phone mannerComfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated, target-driven and able to use initiativeExperience selling contract-based services is advantageousBackground in security, facilities management or a similar sector is desirable
