This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills who is eager to progress into a more advanced sales role in the future Business Development Executive Permanent Salary dependent on experience Working hours - 07:45 – 16:45 Gloucester OR Leicestershire Business Development Executive Job Description • Proactively follow up on quotations using the CRM system to maximise conversion rates. • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls to existing, new, and lapsed customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders. • Accurately maintain and update CRM data, tracking project progress and opportunities. • Provide technical support and coordinate CPD bookings to support customer engagement.
Business Development Executive Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications • Highly motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales. • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels. • Confident in making outbound telesales calls and handling customer interactions. • Well organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Good IT skills, with experience using CRM systems is essential.
