ABOUT THE ROLE

Nexthikes IT Solutions is looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing IT Sales team.

Freshers as well as experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome to apply!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email & online platforms

• Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements

• Pitch Web & Mobile App Development, CRM, E-commerce & Digital Solutions

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients

• Maintain client relationships & CRM records

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 0–5 years of experience in BDE / IT Sales / Inside Sales

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

• Good communication, negotiation & convincing skills

• Confident and target-oriented personality

• Graduate / BBA / MBA preferred
