Role Description The Senior Project Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees the design and delivery of residential and bespoke architectural projects, from concept development through construction completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project design, preparing and reviewing drawings and documentation, coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the build journey.
The Senior Project Architect will manage project timelines, monitor quality and compliance with relevant codes and standards, and support feasibility studies and pre-construction planning. This role also mentors junior team members, supports design reviews, and contributes to continuous improvement of studio processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture, with experience in residential and bespoke project design and delivery.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and overseeing execution.
- Experience with Submittals, technical documentation, and review processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design, coordination, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or similar sustainable design frameworks.
- Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure or registration, as applicable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior designers, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to design excellence and client satisfaction.
