We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our team. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, Office Partners and Marketing Team to generate new opportunities across our Scotland offices. Brief Job Description You will be responsible for the generating new business for our offices across Scotland, from lead origination through to client onboarding, working within a growing business development team.

Duties will include but not be limited to: • Working within the business development team • Provide regular reporting on pipeline performance, conversion rates and fee growth outcomes to BD head. • Support the creation and enhancement of business development strategies, tools and technology platforms that drive sustainable regional growth. • Working with the BD head to implement, and assess campaigns, events, and initiatives that generate qualified new business opportunities. • Working closely with office partners to identify and pursue local growth opportunities. • Convert key prospects through tailored proposals, relationship management and structured follow ups • Overseeing the process from lead generation through to client onboarding Requirements for the role • Proven track record in business development within professional services, preferably within accountancy, legal, or financial advisory sectors.
