We are looking for a Business Continuity Specialist :

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and assess risks to critical business functions.
• Develop, maintain, test, and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Support Crisis Management processes and recovery solutions.
• Develop training, awareness materials, and resilience documentation.
• Prepare reports, remediation plans, and stakeholder presentations.
• Continuously improve the Operational Resilience Framework.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, or Crisis Management.
• Knowledge of Operational Resilience and Crisis Management frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and adaptability.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Location: Lisbon

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
