Business Central Developer (Dallas)

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Central Developer based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Central Developer will design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Key tasks include conducting system analysis, customizing functionalities based on client requirements, debugging technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining system stability to optimize client operations. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, system analysis, and effective solution design Exceptional Communication skills for collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and clients Support the design, testing, and maintenance of upgrade-safe BC extensions and customizations. Create or modify pages, queries, reports, workflows, role centers, and related configurations as needed. Partner with internal teams and external development resources on enhancements, break-fix support, and release readiness. Contribute to technical documentation, test plans, release notes, and solution validation. Participate in code review and solution review processes when applicable.
