Business Analyst (Turkish Speaking)

Diva Design & Software Limited is looking for a Business Analyst (Turkish Speaking) to join our growing team in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports, business documentation and functional specifications.
• Support the implementation of new products and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Experience in fintech, payments or financial services is an advantage.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is highly desirable due to collaboration with international teams and regional stakeholders.
