Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Calgary, AB Contract Experience: 8–10+ Years Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IT/security projects. Work closely with business and technical teams to perform gap analysis and improve processes. Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and business analysis artifacts . Facilitate stakeholder meetings and act as a liaison between business and IT teams . Support project planning, risk identification, and change management activities. Must-Have Skills (Major Keypoints): Business Analysis – Requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, process mapping. Cyber Security Background – Experience in security/IT-related projects ( mandatory ). Change Management – Managing project/process changes effectively. Problem Solving – Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Stakeholder Communication – Excellent articulation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
