Business Analyst / System Analyst

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Analytics Team within a Program delivered for a large public institution. The Program involves the delivery of IT Solutions by multiple contractors and vendors.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Working within a team of Business Analysts and collaborating with System and Enterprise Architects.
• Ensuring that documentation created by external vendors complies with the Program’s methodology and industry standards.
• Supervising the quality of Business and System Analysis documentation.
• Maintaining the analytical methodology applied within the Program and ensuring it remains up to date in the context of a changing technological and business environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Knowledge of UML and BPM notation and experience using them in Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• At least 4 years of experience in gathering and specifying functional and non-functional requirements, developing assumptions, and identifying system constraints.
• Experience in modeling business processes using BPMN and UML in at least two projects.
• Experience working as a business-system analyst in at least two projects delivered using Agile methodology, each with a value of no less than PLN 3,, gross, throughout their entire lifecycle.
• At least 6 years of professional experience.
• Fluent Polish language skills.
