Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Backlog Management: Built and managed the User Stories (US) backlog in close alignment with the Product Owner (PO) and the squad.
• Requirements & Coordination: Clarified needs for new topics and feature evolutions while planning and coordinating actions directly with users.
• Project Tracking & Offshore Collaboration: Monitored project advancement and collaborated effectively with offshore development teams.
• Platform Testing: Defined and executed non-regression test cases to ensure platform stability and quality.
• Business-Tech Alignment: Communicated and contextualized the value of technical operations and security fixes to business teams and functional (MOA) stakeholders.
• Knowledge Management: Maintained and updated operational deliverables, technical documentation, and reference knowledge bases.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Ensured adherence to engineering and security standards, communicated activity progress across teams, and promoted knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
