What You Will Do
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear specifications, and support delivery through backlog refinement and business acceptance testing.
Maintain and enhance platform data configurations and data lineage relevant to entitlement and authorization processes.
Analyze and improve cross-team processes related to platform operations and customer onboarding, with a focus on standardization, automation, and efficiency.
Provide functional support to internal and external users on entitlement topics and contribute to systematic data quality and consistency checks across connected platforms. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher), including the ability to present complex topics clearly.
3 or more years of experience in financial services as a Business or Data Analyst, ideally in a market data or compliance-related environment.
Hard skills Solid understanding of compliance requirements related to data usage.
Strong requirements engineering and documentation skills
Solid data analysis capabilities (advanced Excel; SQL is a plus)
Experience in business process analysis and modeling
Soft skills Proactive and structured mindset, with a strong willingness to learn
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective collaboration and coordination skills across teams.
Reliable team player with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
