Your Mission

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and challenge requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Drive collaboration between business and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within Agile environments.
• Support testing, validation, and user adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement clarification sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure business needs are correctly understood by development teams.

Agile Delivery

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to support project delivery.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Support prioritization and backlog management activities.

Functional Design & Documentation

• Produce and maintain key project deliverables, including:User Stories
• Functional Requirements
• Functional Specifications
• Test Books
• Project Documentation
• Meeting Decks
• Status Reports
• Ensure documentation remains clear, comprehensive, and up to date.

Testing & Validation

• Support test preparation and execution activities.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder sign-off processes.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered functionality.

✅ What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience within the Insurance industry, specifically:Life Insurance (Assurance Vie)
• Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, products, and operations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
