Business Analyst

RJC are working with a company in the commodities space embarking on a new adventure. The role is a Product Owner/BA/Delivery management role with lots of work to be done, communicating with business users and effectively joining the team as they begin their growth. Responsibilities Partner with internal stakeholders across Front, middle and back-office teams to understand workflows, challenges, and product needs.

Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cadence with engineering and QA teams. Collaborate with other Product Specialists and key users from the Trading team to shape product roadmap and prioritize high-impact features. Experience 5+ years of product management or business analysis experience, ideally in commodity trading or capital markets.

Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with front-office users. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in Agile product development teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
