Our Offer As the process owner for the onboarding, access requests and user enablement within a major A&D client, you will be responsible for taking an established process to the next level through data analytics, process improvement, and implementation of auto‑reporting tools. Proactively managing the process alongside the ServiceNow team. Managing escalations regarding onboarding, access requests and user enablement. Analysing process data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
