🛠️ The Challenge

• Gather and analyse business requirements with Public Administration stakeholders

• Design business processes, workflows, and business rules for a new application

• Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate on the definition of the data architecture for a Big Data environment

• Identify opportunities to apply AI to existing business processes and data

• Produce project documentation, including specifications, use cases, and user stories

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

• Validate proposed solutions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs

What you bring to the table

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in information systems projects

• Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements

• Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies

• Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation

• Knowledge of Big Data concepts, data architecture, or large-scale data modelling

• Interest or previous experience with AI solutions applied to data

• Experience writing functional documentation, user stories, and use cases

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams

• Fluent English communication skills
