Business Analyst

JCW has partnered with a leading financial institution seeking a Business Ambassador to join their Business Enablement team, embedded directly with banking groups to drive data quality, process improvement, and AI adoption. This role sits at the intersection of change enablement, workflow redesign, and hands‑on AI operationalization — responsible for ensuring core systems accurately reflect deal activity while equipping bankers with the tools and workflows to work smarter. The Business Ambassador will act as a trusted partner to banking teams, bridging the gap between business users and technology, and staying in the room until adoption is real and measurable.

This role is hybrid out of their NYC location. Key Qualifications 5+ years in business analysis, process re‑engineering, consulting, operations, or transformation roles, ideally within financial services or investment banking Proven ability to map and redesign banker workflows, drive change with senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable process improvements Hands‑on experience supporting AI, automation, or analytics initiatives with the ability to translate banker needs into structured, actionable feedback for product and technology teams Strong communication and facilitation skills with comfort operating across junior and senior stakeholders as well as technical teams Familiarity with tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, CRM platforms, or workflow automation tools in a financial services context If this sounds like you, feel free to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
