Business Analyst Intern

About the Role

As a Business Analyst Intern at DiDi, you will support the optimization and growth of food delivery marketplace performance across multiple cities, driving measurable improvements in day-to-day operations. Your work will directly influence regional operations, courier experience, and customer satisfaction. You will join the Delivery Marketplace Team, developing the operational playbooks to sustain DiDi's market leadership and rapid expansion in the region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams and contribute to courier engagement and implementation of the company's strategy across different markets.
• Work on diverse projects across different countries and business areas, gaining valuable insights into operations.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication, helping you develop a broad range of skills for your future career.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Critical and out-of-the-box thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Interest in working in operations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a can-do nature and willingness to learn and develop your skill set.
• Highly proficient in English and Microsoft Excel.
• SQL, Python, and R are a plus.
