Business Analyst

BUSINESS ANALYST Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree Minimum. Five years of experience in related field. 1 year of experience with large enterprise organizations. 4 years of experience with business managers to quantify long-term business plans and adapt them into long-term financial plans. Experience implementing back office and web base systems and procedures to parallel overall strategies. Duties/Responsibilities: Analyzes the business objectives of the stakeholder and develop solutions to meet their business. Strong technical skills, business intelligence, and must be able a fully understand the needs of the customer. Analyzes and documents business requirements and delivers through them out the project lifecycle. Must have worked in a large municipa1 organizational environment with financial systems and chargeback services. Implements back office and web-based systems and procedures for the overall business strategy. Work with cross-functional teams to build out the rolling forecasting, reporting & analysis capabilities of the financial forecasting system.

Assist in the development and analysis of revenue forecasting, modeling, and ROI analysis.
