Business analyst

8+ years as Business Analyst / Project Lead in enterprise environments Hands-on experience delivering multiple Service Now projects (ITSM, CMDB, Security Operations) Proven experience leading requirement workshops and translating into user stories and technical specifications Strong experience managing Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and Scrum ceremonies Experience coordinating UAT, test execution, and defect tracking Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery without supervision Experience supporting mid-to-large scale IT initiatives ($500 K+) Know the Energy Industry and/or have experience work on AEP already Nice to have skills: Lead requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentation for Service Now initiatives Own backlog refinement, user story definition, and alignment with Product Owners Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams Support solution design and implementation across Service Now modules Coordinate UAT and ensure delivery readiness Track risks, dependencies, and key decisions across the project lifecycle Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time delivery across distributed teams Please share the PMP# once created so I can update the monday board.
