Core BA Skills 5 years of experience in BA role Strong requirement gathering and analysis skills Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications Experience in writing User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria BRD / FRD / Functional documentation experience Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) management AS-IS and TO-BE process modelling Client-Facing & Communication Skills Experience in leading requirement gathering calls and workshops Ability to interact directly with business stakeholders Experience handling client queries and clarifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to conduct demos and support UAT Agile & Delivery Knowledge Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology Experience in backlog refinement and sprint planning Understanding of scope management and change request handling Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles Cloud / Web Application Exposure Experience working on web-based or cloud (SaaS) applications Understanding of role-based access control Exposure to multi-user systems Experience in integration projects (APIs / third-party systems preferred) Basic understanding of data security in cloud environments Requirements Tools & Technical Exposure Experience using backlog management tools (Azure Devops, Jira) Process modelling tools (Visio / Bizagi / Draw.io etc.) Basic SQL knowledge (optional) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Analytical & Behavioural Skills Strong problem-solving ability Structured and logical thinking Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ownership mindset Ability to handle multiple stakeholders Attention to detail
