Business Analyst

We are seeking Business Analysts to join our team and support a Federal Government transformation program supporting critical business and technology initiatives.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and project delivery professionals to define, shape, and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading discovery and business analysis activities
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions
• Capturing and refining Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Managing and prioritising product backlogs
• Identifying business, technical, and data dependencies
• Developing process maps and business analysis artefacts
• Defining clear and testable acceptance criteria
• Supporting agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Working with change and delivery teams to support solution adoption

We Are Looking For Strategic Business Analysts with experience in:

• Business discovery and strategic analysis
• Human-Centred Design (HCD)
• User research and stakeholder engagement
• Personas and customer journey mapping
• Business process improvement

Technical Business Analysts with experience

• Cloud transformation programs
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Exchange Online
• OneDrive
• Security and compliance initiatives

Data Business Analysts with experience in:

• Data analysis and modelling
• Data integration and migration
• Data governance
• Enterprise analytics and reporting
• AI-enabled solutions and data-driven decision making
• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Experience working on large-scale and complex programs
• Requirements elicitation and backlog management
• Workshop facilitation and process modelling
• Azure DevOps or similar tool experience
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
