Digital Business Analyst – Banking / London Our client, a growing Bank, is seeking to onboard a number of Digital Business Analysts to support the delivery of key digital and AI-led initiatives. These roles will focus on delivering customer-facing capabilities across digital channels, including AI-driven features, digital onboarding journeys, and platform enhancements. The roles will be responsible for working across business and technology teams to shape and deliver solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, aligned to delivery outcomes, and effectively implemented within engineering teams.
The successful candidates will demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working closely with business users, product teams, and technology stakeholders to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Delivery Elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements aligned to delivery outcomes Support the delivery of digital initiatives across mobile and web platforms Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear, practical, and build-ready Contribute to the delivery of AI-driven capabilities, including digital assistants, automation, and smart tooling Stakeholder Engagement Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities Act as a bridge between business and technology teams Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions Digital Customer Journeys Support the design and delivery of customer onboarding and origination journeys Work on end-to-end digital experiences for new and existing customers Delivery Collaboration Work within Agile/ value stream environments to support continuous delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and delivery leads Support the prioritisation and refinement of backlogs Process Improvement Challenge existing approaches and contribute to improving ways of working Support a move towards more efficient, outcome-focused delivery (reducing unnecessary documentation) Mandatory Skills & Experience Proven Business Analyst experience within either Retail Banking or Business Banking Strong experience delivering across digital channels (mobile / web) Experience working on customer journeys, digital products, or platform delivery Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working across business and technology teams Exposure to Agile delivery environments Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving delivery environment Nice to Have Experience working on AI, chatbot, or automation initiatives Experience delivering customer onboarding/ origination journeys Background in challenger banks, fintech, or digital-first organisations Experience operating in a BA / Product Owner hybrid capacity
