Job Description
We're hiring a Business/Data Analyst to join a growing healthcare organisation that's investing heavily in data and analytics. This is a business-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and support better decision‑making.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and management reports
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions
- Support process optimization through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with IT on data models, sources, and reporting improvements
- 20% Technical tasks/80% collaborating with stakeholders and driving business improvements
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting
- Strong experience with Power BI and SQL
- Experience developing KPI dashboards and performance reports
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded
- Fluent in Dutch and English
Location: Utrecht (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
