Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Agile team. This role serves as a critical liaison between business units, functional users, and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals. The ideal candidate will facilitate meetings, gather and document requirements, and translate them into actionable Features and User Stories using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of project objectives. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear, concise Features and User Stories in Azure DevOps.

Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables. Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.

Proficiency in documenting requirements and user stories in Azure DevOps. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
