Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Gather and review the scope, objectives, and business benefits of proposed initiatives as provided by stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Activity Diagrams to document business processes and workflows.
  • Create Use Case Models and detailed Use Case documentation to capture functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to review and refine Conceptual Solution Designs and Sequence Diagrams.
  • Define and document Epics, Features, and User Stories, including clear acceptance criteria, within Jira.
  • Partner with Quality Analysts and Engineers to review test plans and test cases, and assist with defect triage and resolution activities.
  • Provide guidance, coordination, and day‑to‑day support to offshore GCC team members to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess complex business and technical issues and identify practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and translation capability, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders, and vice versa.
  • Stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including running workshops and aligning cross‑functional teams on scope and outcomes.
  • Requirements management and documentation discipline, ensuring clarity, traceability, and quality across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, working effectively with engineers, architects, and business teams to deliver outcomes.

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
