Business Analyst
BDR Thermea Group
Job Description
Do you enjoy working at the intersection of business and data? At BDR Thermea Group, you’ll help shape how data is used across the organisation—translating business challenges into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions and a more sustainable future.
Your role
As a Business Analyst in our Enterprise Data Analytics team, you work closely with stakeholders across Europe to understand needs, set priorities, and turn them into effective data and reporting solutions. You connect business context with data to ensure the right insights drive decision-making.
You focus on the “why” behind the data – taking ownership of specific domains and acting as a trusted partner who helps teams make smarter use of their data.
This is a mid-level Business Analyst position, ideally suited to someone who already has experience translating business needs into data solutions and is ready to take ownership of projects and business domains. You don't need to have all the answers from day one, but you should be comfortable engaging stakeholders, driving initiatives forward, and growing into a trusted business partner.
Your role is hybrid, based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. We value flexibility and collaboration: you're encouraged to spend at least two days per week in our office while enjoying the support for your home office set-up and travel costs.
Your team
You’ll be part of our Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) team within our Group Finance department. The team plays a central role in improving data maturity across the organisation and works closely with stakeholders across multiple European operating companies (OpCos) and central teams within the Group.
We collaborate in a pragmatic, agile way – working from a shared backlog, partnering with our Group Data Engineering team, and supporting each other across projects. Depending on the initiative, you may take the lead or support others – always working together to deliver value to the business.
