Why join? * Work on cutting edge AI and automation initiatives * Play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across the business * Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and technical teams * Gain exposure to emerging technologies and innovation projects What you'll be doing: * Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements for AI-driven initiatives * Support the development, testing, and deployment of generative AI solutions * Work closely with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement * Track project progress, support Agile ceremonies, and maintain visibility across initiatives * Build dashboards and reports to provide data driven insights * Support user adoption through training, documentation, and workshops * Research emerging AI technologies and assess their potential business impact What you'll bring: * Experience in Business Analysis, Innovation, or Technology-focused roles * Exposure to AI tools or generative AI technologies * Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements end-to-end * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Agile/Scrum, or similar * A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in AI and innovation Nice to have: * Experience with Power BI or data visualisation tools * Exposure to innovation or transformation projects * Experience working in a professional services environment Interested?
