Business Analyst

Job Description: 3 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or technology delivery environments. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Familiarity with enterprise systems, platforms, or business applications relevant to the organisation domain.

Basic awareness of IT security principles, data privacy considerations, and relevant regulatory or compliance frameworks is advantageous. Analytical Skills Ability to analyse complex business and technical requirements and translate them into clear, actionable documentation. Proficiency in working with data, reports, and dashboards to derive insights and support decision-making.

Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, analytical approach. Communication & Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and present findings to diverse audiences. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical developers, architects, and non-technical business stakeholders.

Strong facilitation skills for workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder interviews. Tools & Technologies Proficiency in BA and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data querying tools or scripting languages such as SQL or Python is an advantage.

Familiarity with API documentation, system integration concepts, or cloud-based platforms is a plus.
