Join McCosker Contracting - Business Admin Trainee
Location: Gladstone, Queensland
Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
McCosker are looking for a confident and proactive person to undertake a Certificate III in Business and on-the-job training to gain experience and skills in delivering an exceptional service to various departments within the business.
The on-the-job training will consist of administration support for the Corporate teams, including file management, meeting minutes, document control, coordinating office and catering supplies, processing purchase orders and invoices, incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and assisting the team with administrative tasks.
The Business Admin Trainee will be supported to work individually and in a team environment to deliver exceptional outcomes, while maintaining a safe and productive culture and having a positive impact on the community in which we operate.
What We Are Looking For
- Queensland Driver Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in similar administrative environment (desirable)
- Good communication skills, including verbal and written
- Able to follow instructions and ask questions
- Desire to learn and seek to understand tasks to build expertise
- Use initiative to lift issues and work with the team to solve problems
- Great organisational skills and self-motivated in the completion of tasks
- Good eye for detail with high accuracy
- Confidentially handle sensitive and private information
- Treat all people fairly and with respect
