Bulk Truck Driver

Airgas / Air Liquide is hiring for a Bulk Truck Driver in Aylmer. This role includes delivering ALC's liquid and gas products by tanker truck in accordance with ALC's guidelines and procedures, and promoting safety and quality objectives.

Job Summary

The main function of this position is to supply customers by delivering ALC's liquid and gas products by tanker truck, following all guidelines, regulations, and safety objectives.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the route sheet ensuring all required information is present.
• Gather all necessary documentation and equipment for the route.
• Inspect equipment before departure and record any anomalies in the inspection report.
• Inform the maintenance coordinator and repairer of any issues.
• Review road conditions and customer requirements before departure.
• Ensure the truck is loaded in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Check the condition of the equipment and the customer's installation upon arrival.
• Record and report any site anomalies to the supervisor at the end of the route or contact repairer for delivery non‑compliance.
• Unload the product into the customer's tank following established procedures.
• Provide accurate delivery slips for all ALC products sold and ensure correct billing.
• Collect all relevant information in the barcode system.
• Complete all required forms and records correctly.

Required Qualifications

• Vocational diploma in Class 1 truck transportation.
• 1 year of experience driving a tanker truck.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Class 1 driver.
• Ability to obtain a FAST card and enter the United States.
• Prioritizes safety.
• Highly conscientious and attentive on the road.
