Overview

PacWest is looking for Bulk Materials Unloaders to support day-to-day material handling for construction-related deliveries and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming deliveries and move products/materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
• Load and stage materials for shipment or distribution.
• Operate equipment used to load, unload, and move materials, including dollies and hand trucks.
• Transport and distribute materials throughout the warehouse and on-site work areas.
• Provide on-site customer service by assisting with loading, moving, and organizing materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safe lifting and equipment practices when handling heavy materials.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced environment.
• Physically demanding work with heavy loads.
• Frequent standing, walking, and carrying materials.
• Attention to detail is important.
• Comfortable working on-site as part of a warehouse and customer-facing environment.
• Able to work safely while performing physical tasks and moving heavy materials.

Requirements

• English language proficiency.
• Secondary school completion or equivalent experience.
• Experience is an asset.

• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or temporary residents with a valid work permit).
