Building Services Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Building Services Manager to join our friendly team. Responsibilities Maintain the school and its grounds to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Manage the security, maintenance and health and safety of the whole school site. Ensure the school is clean, warm, safe and secure. Conduct statutory testing and carry out risk assessments as per regulations.

Liaise and manage contractors while on site. Work independently, manage priorities and complete jobs to the highest standard. Demonstrate a flexible, positive and “can do” attitude.

Recognise that the post involves lone working. Qualifications & Requirements Experience working within a school and understanding the role of a site manager. Good attendance record.

Ability to work under pressure and exercise initiative. Strong understanding of health and safety and statutory testing. Self‑motivated, flexible and positive.
