Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IBMS/ELV Execution Engineer to manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of ELV and Building Management Systems across Data Center projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful project execution within schedule and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise installation of IBMS and ELV systems at project sites.
Coordinate implementation of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA/VA, Structured Cabling, EPMS, and BMS systems. Review drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project requirements. Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities. Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, consultants, and clients for project execution. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, installation reports, commissioning reports, and as-built drawings.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Support FAT, SAT, system handover, and client training activities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of IBMS/BMS architecture and ELV systems. Hands-on experience with: CCTV Systems Access Control Systems Fire Alarm Systems PA/VA Systems EPMS Structured Cabling Building Automation Systems Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, Ethernet Networking, and System Integration. Experience in testing and commissioning activities.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline. Experience in Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, Airports, Hospitals, or Smart Building projects.
Knowledge of Schneider, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Delta Controls, or similar BMS platforms is preferred
