Shift Engineer

Job Role: Shift Engineer Qualification: Diploma /BE /Btech/MTech (Electrical /Mechanical) Experience :1-5 years OPERATION AND MAINTENANC E •To perform the equipment breakdown maintenance timely and to have the breakdown rectification within stipulated tim e.•To prepare the preventive maintenance planner and to perform the preventive maintenance of different equipment as per planne r.•Operation of different utility equipment and its condition monitorin g.•Management of spares and consumable s.•Coordinate with different kind of vendors for the breakdown/corrective/preventive maintenance executio n.•To coordinate for the modification/projects performed in the department s.•To perform the required documentation as part of equipment breakdown/ corrective/ preventive maintenanc e.•To follow cGMP in the facilit y.•To identify/implement energy saving measure s.•Adherence to standard operating procedures and cGMP requiremen t.•To follow the employee training SO P. DOCUMENTATION AND QMS •To perform the documentation activities related to the departm ent.•To prepare the operational and maintenance related standard operating procedu res.•To prepare the different layouts as per the requirem ent.•To initiate and execute QMS items as per the requirem ent.•To perform the investigations for the eve nts.•To perform different kind of risk assessme nts.•Ensure the smooth running of internal or external aud its.•To implement the audit points and its CAPA within timel ine.•To follow c GMP.•Vendor and OEM follow ups for related activit ies.•Follow the established procedures and policies of the comp any.•To follow the employee training SOP. QUALIFIC ATION •Preparation of qualification planners as per the requir ement.•Preparation of qualification/requalification protocols and re ports.•Execution of qualification activ ities.•To coordinate with vendor for qualification related activ ities.•Follow the established procedures and policies of the co mpany.

COMMERCIAL ACT IVITIES •To perform required commercial act ivities.•To manage receipt of materials and to track the usage of same.•Issue of ga te pass.•Process the invoice and vouchers for the goods received or service s taken.•To maintain the register for invoices and to track the expe nditure.•Follow the established procedures and policies of the company.•To follow the employee train ing SOP.
