Building Maintenance Technician – £34,000 to £35,000 + Training + Great Benefits

Location: Watford, London (commutable from Slough, Aylesbury, Luton, Greater London, Milton Keynes)

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off – 12‑hour shifts

The company is a leading facilities‑management business working with recognised brands across the UK. They are expanding their building maintenance team and looking for an onsite expert to join a highly varied role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain building fabric and spa areas, including hands‑on maintenance, repair and upkeep of facilities
• Execute preventive maintenance plans (PPM) and conduct site inspections
• Work 4 on 4 off shift pattern, ensuring coverage during 12‑hour shifts

Requirements

• Background in facilities or building maintenance
• Experience working in a hotel or spa environment preferred
• Motivation to work for a reputable company and develop expertise

Benefits

Competitive salary within £34,000 – £35,000 plus training and other benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications and skill set as determined by the client.
