The Role We’re hiring a Brand Manager who is: A creator first, marketer second Someone who enjoys designing, editing, experimenting Curious about content, storytelling, and digital culture Ready to work directly with founders Hungry to learn, build, and execute fast This is not a conventional corporate role This is for someone who wants to create impact, not just do tasks What You’ll Do Shape and evolve the visual identity of EdSteps Design creatives for: Social media Website Campaigns Create & edit video content (reels, short-form, storytelling) Experiment with: New ideas AI tools Content formats Work on campaigns from scratch Bring fresh, bold ideas and actually execute them Who Can Apply Freshers are welcome No strict graduation requirement What matters to us: You have a real interest in marketing & creativity You enjoy: Designing Editing Creating content You are willing to: Learn fast Work hard Give your 100% We are not looking for a regular employee We are looking for a talented individual with drive What We’re Really Looking For Someone who is not average Someone who wants to: Try new things Break patterns Build something meaningful If you’ve ever felt: “I have ideas, I just need the right place to execute them” This is that place.
