Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Body Shop Manager, located in Reading, PA. The Body Shop Manager will oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring efficiency in workshops, coordinating aftersales services, and maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff management, quality assurance, fostering communication between team members, and achieving operational goals while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to ensure excellent client relations and team collaboration Experience with Workshops and Body Shops to effectively manage day-to-day operations Knowledge of Aftersales practices to enhance service offerings and operational success Leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and maintain workflow Familiarity with automotive repair processes and associated regulatory requirements Bachelor’s degree or significant professional experience in a related field is preferred
