Our mission is to build independence, meaningful life skills, and long-term success through compassionate, evidence-based ABA. We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a real-life impact in a structured residential environment.

What Youll Do As a Residential BCBA, you will: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans and skill acquisition programming Embed programming into daily living routines within the home environment Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and residential staff across shifts Offer proactive crisis support and behavior reduction strategies Monitor data trends, adjust programming, and ensure measurable clinical progress Collaborate closely with clinical psychologists, nurses, administrators, and fellow BCBAs to ensure comprehensive, holistic care. Each BCBA is assigned to one residential home, allowing for a focused caseload and deeper clinical involvement with clients and staff.
