We provide ongoing high supervision, training and support to further professional development. We are a BACB Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider. We are also a QBS Safety-Care Trainer.

New and existing team members receive mentorship and guidance from experienced BCBA professionals to enhance their skills and confidence. Continuous education and training opportunities are provided to keep our BCBA team updated on best practices and new developments in ABA therapy. BCBA Responsibilities Include: Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals Train parents, caregivers and behavior staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Lead and conduct social skill groups for our clients BCBA Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Supervision and Training Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive function skills 1-2 years of experience in a clinical and/or home services setting Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Continuing education credits Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Relocation assistance Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Aurora, CO 80014 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Aurora, CO 80014: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aurora, CO 80014 Company Description Ladder of Success ABA enables children to reach their full potential through PERSONALIZED, COLLABORATIVE ABA therapy in a FUN, INTERACTIVE environment, one empowering step at a time.
