Job Description
Compensation Total Compensation: $86,500–$122,000 annually, plus performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and eligibility for long‑term ownership. Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped. Sign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000, based on start date and location.
Mentorship & Certification Bonuses: earned when supervising RBTs and for each therapist who becomes certified under your guidance. Relocation Package: covers transition expenses. Benefits 401(k) with company match.
Remote work: up to 3 days per month and up to 16 assessment‑related days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Approximately 30 days off in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU, flex days).
Manageable caseload: up to 8 children. No non‑compete clause. Health: medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA.

Career Growth Leadership track: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director.
Training & Development: mentoring and training clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: collaboration with research institutes to advance treatment outcomes. Your Role Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor RBTs to maintain consistent, high‑quality care. Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.
