Blood Transfusion Nurse (Hiring Immediately)

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Blood Transfusion Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our clinical team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering safe, high-quality transfusion care while closely monitoring patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. What You’ll Do Safely administer blood and blood products following established protocols Verify patient identity, orders, and blood product compatibility Monitor patients before, during, and after transfusions Recognize and respond to transfusion reactions Document all transfusion activities accurately Educate patients and families throughout the transfusion process What We’re Looking For Active RN license Nursing degree (ADN or BSN; BSN preferred) Blood transfusion competency and IV/venipuncture experience BLS required (ACLS preferred) Strong attention to detail and patient-safety mindset Nice to Have Experience in oncology, hematology, med-surg, ICU, or emergency care Confidence working in fast-paced or high-acuity environments Why Join Us Competitive compensation and shift differentials Comprehensive benefits package Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, team-focused work environment
