BIM Manager – Archicad Super User

We’re looking for a highly experienced BIM Manager / Archicad Super User with 10+ years of experience to lead BIM workflows, Archicad template improvements, model coordination, and project standards for international architectural projects.

This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on Archicad expertise who can guide teams, improve BIM processes, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

What you’ll do

• Set up and manage Archicad template and project files, teamwork environments.
• Review and coordinate BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Support architects and project teams with complex modeling, documentation, and coordination issues.
• Lead BIM coordination workflows, including IFC exchange, model federation, clash review, and issue tracking.
• Improve internal BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for Archicad-based projects.
• Train and mentor team members to work efficiently and consistently in Archicad.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of experience, at least 5 years modeling in Archicad and at least 2 years as BIM Manager
• Archicad Super User with advanced hands-on expertise.
• Strong background in BIM coordination, model management, documentation, and project standards.
• Knowledge of openBIM, IFC workflows, clash coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to lead, train, and support project teams.
• C1 English level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
