BIM Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES · BIM Strategy and Implementation : Develop and execute a comprehensive BIM strategy to align with organizational goals. Implement best practices, standards, and workflows across all BIM-related projects. Authoring and supervising BIM Execution plans throughout pre-contract to final deliverables. · Project Coordination : Collaborate closely with the engineering team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle. · Model Development and Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance and coordination of 3D BIM models utilizing LERA standards or standards provided by our clients.

Ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with BIM execution plan, industry standards and project requirements. · Technology Advancement: Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies, software and tools. Evaluate and implement new solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency and project outcomes. · Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and reviews of BIM models, ensuring adherence to quality standards and resolving any issues to optimize project performance. · Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on BIM and CADD software and processes. Foster a culture of BIM and CADD drawing adoption and proficiency within the organization. · Data Management: Oversee the management and integration of BIM data and other project-related information within the organization's data management systems.

Manage workflow and collaboration on Autodesk cloud platforms, Newforma, and other cloud-based systems. · BIM Standards Development: Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines to promote consistency and efficiency across projects. Develop families based on specific project needs. REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering, or related AEC field.

Master's degree is a plus. · Proven experience as a BIM Manager or in a similar BIM leadership role. · Strong expertise in BIM software such as Revit Structure, Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla, Rhino, and other BIM-related tools. · In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, including but not limited to ISO 19650, NBIMS-US, IFC, COBie, LOD and BIM Level 2/3 requirements. · Familiarity with relevant BIM-related codes and guidelines (e.g., AIA, ISO 19650, BIM Forum). · Demonstrated ability to lead and manage BIM implementation on complex construction projects. · Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in English. · Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality BIM deliverables. · Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address BIM-related challenges effectively. · Relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or Building Research Establishment (BRE) BIM Certification are advantageous. · To apply, please submit your updated resume, cover letter and a portfolio showcasing your BIM project experiences.
