Role Description

\n

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Engineer role based in the Pune District. The BIM Engineer will develop and manage Building Information Models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring accuracy and coordination across all project stakeholders.

Qualification

\n

\n
• B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
\n
• ITI – Draughtsman (Civil) with relevant BIM experience may also apply
\n

Roles & Responsibility

\n

\n
• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
\n
• Prepare structural drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
\n
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
\n
• Create and modify parametric Revit families and quantity take-offs.
\n
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, SOPs, and QA/QC requirements.
\n
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams for timely project delivery.
\n
• Background in Architecture and Civil Engineering, with an understanding of design principles, structural systems, and construction practices.
\n
• Ability to prepare, read, and interpret construction drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and schedules.
\n
• Experience in the construction or consulting industry, particularly with building and infrastructure projects, is preferred.
