BIM Engineer

Job Title: BIM Engineer – Data Center (MEP) Location: (Chennai) Experience: 1–4 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer with experience in Data Center projects and strong expertise in Revit MEP and Navisworks for modeling, coordination, and clash detection. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM models for Data Center MEP systems . Create layouts for HVAC, electrical, cable routing, and fire protection systems .

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Participate in coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams.

Ensure model quality, accuracy, and adherence to BIM standards. Generate drawings, BOQs, and project documentation. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP .

Experience in Navisworks (clash detection & coordination) . Knowledge of Data Center systems (UPS, cooling systems – CRAC/CRAH, cable trays, etc.). Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, and standards .

Proficiency in AutoCAD . Good communication and coordination skills. Eligibility B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering .

Nice to Have Experience in mission-critical/Data Center projects . Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC . Exposure to international project standards .
