Role Description The BIM Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for integrating Building Information Modeling into architectural design and documentation workflows.

Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining architectural models, producing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating BIM data across disciplines. The role involves preparing and reviewing submittals, ensuring design compliance with project standards, and supporting project teams with accurate, up-to-date digital models. The BIM Architect collaborates closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to resolve design issues, optimize building performance, and maintain consistency between design intent and on-site execution.

This position requires active participation in project meetings, clear communication of design information, and ongoing improvement of BIM processes and templates. Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture , with the ability to translate design concepts into practical built solutions. Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for various project stages.

Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including model creation, coordination, and documentation. Ability to manage and review Submittals , ensuring alignment with design intent, technical specifications, and project requirements. Advanced skills in BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks), and familiarity with clash detection and model coordination.

Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices relevant to architectural projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and spatial visualization skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with prior experience in BIM-based architectural projects.
