Job Description
(1) Bilingual Sales Representative — $80K OTE (Fluent in English and French)
Own and grow an established $2M territory. Build relationships with dealers and sports shops, spot the gaps, and win more of their business. Commission from day one on existing revenue — no starting from zero.
(2) Inside Sales Representative $55K OTE (Fluent in English and French)
The perfect entry into a sports sales career. Service and protect an established customer base, keep recurring business flowing, and set yourself up for promotion into a full territory role — that’s the proven path here.
Both roles offer:
- Base salary + monthly commissions + quarterly bonuses
- Hybrid — 3 days office, 2 days home (after paid in-office training)

What we’re looking for:
Fluent English + Quebec French, 1–4 years of sales or customer‑facing experience, and a genuine connection to sports — whether you played, coached, studied sports management, or worked in sporting goods.
