Bilingual Field Sales Technician Latham Pool

This full-time role is ideal for candidates with experience in the pool industry, offering in-field technical support, training, and troubleshooting for dealers. You’ll play a vital role in onboarding new personnel, facilitating product knowledge, and representing Latham at industry events to boost sales and conversions

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver dealer training sessions and on-site support • Facilitate practical pool measuring demonstrations • Help onboard new Latham sales team members • Participate actively in trade shows and Boot Camps • Record and manage dealer interactions in CRM

Requirements: • Associate’s degree with technical certification preferred • Minimum of five years of relevant technical experience • Excellent teamwork and project management skills • Professional and clear communication abilities • Travel commitment of around 80%
